will:​

All sessions are trauma-informed, guided with choice and agency.​
​
Guidelines:​
- Arrive 15 minutes early (no late entry)​
- Dress comfortably​
- Avoid a heavy meal within 2 hours of the session​
​
What to bring:​
Yoga mat​
Eye covering (mask, small towel, or extra shirt)​
An extra layer (temperature shifts are common)​
Water​
A journal & pen​

Contraindications:​
Somatic Breathwork can be powerful and may be emotionally or physically activating. 
This session is intended for personal growth and is not a substitute for psychotherapy. 
It is not suitable for individuals who are pregnant, have cardiovascular issues 
(including angina, heart attack, uncontrolled high blood pressure, stroke), seizures or 
epilepsy, glaucoma, retinal detachment, osteoporosis, recent surgery, acute infection, 
or significant psychiatric conditions. If in doubt, consult your primary care physician. 
Participants with asthma should bring an inhaler and consult their physician.​

About your guide: ​
Jon Orsini is a certified Somatic Breathwork guide on the faculty at Kripalu Center 
for Yoga and Health and T Schreiber Acting Studio. He has supported over 3,000 
clients to date in liberating stress, accessing inner wisdom and opening to an 
authentic, heart-centered and fully connected way of being. He began guiding after 
many years as a multiple award-winning Broadway, film, and voice actor.​
